2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, such as an email to response@qualityeaoutstan.world, before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must not have been used or tampered with.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplement products that have been opened or have a broken seal.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at response@qualityeaoutstan.world within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to return.
  2. Include your order details (name, email, order date) in your communication.
  3. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any specific instructions.
  4. Ship the product in its original, unopened packaging to the return address we provide.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The original delivery cost will be refunded (limited to the least expensive standard delivery option we offer).
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at response@qualityeaoutstan.world. In such cases:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
  • We may request photographs of the defective or incorrect product for our records.

8. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.

9. Danish Consumer Protection

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish law. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), you may have additional rights in case of defective products, including the right to claim a remedy for up to 24 months from the date of delivery.
